Terms of Sale

Inventory Accuracy Enterprises, Inc will provide the equipment for the agreed upon price and condition listed in the provided quote.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with www.InvAccuracy.com you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. www.InvAccuracy.com retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be www.InvAccuracy.com or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party www.InvAccuracy.com is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

Pre-owned Condition Grades
Grade A: Excellent Condition or Refurbished. Very minimal, if any signs of wear
Grade B: Good Condition. May have some signs of wear, but overall the product looks good and is complete
Grade C: Used Condition. The product has signs of wear and tear. The product is fully functional, but may have noticeable signs of wear, such as scratches or heavy wear on the keypad
Grade D: Poor Condition. The product has heavy signs of wear and may be missing components. The unit is functional, but isn’t pretty
New Equipment
New equipment is shipped from a distribution center in Kentucky or Nevada. New equipment carries the manufacturer warranty.

Third Party Parts
Equipment provided by Inventory Accuracy Enterprises, Inc may include third party parts. Equipment with third party parts may not be eligible for the original manufacturer’s warranty.

Repairs
Any repairs completed may be done using third party parts.

Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Payment
Unless payment terms have been applied for and approved, payment is due prior to product(s) shipping.

Pre-payment can be made using Paypal, Credit Card, ACH, or Check. If paying by ACH, products will be shipped upon confirmation that funds have been received. Payments made via Credit Card may be subject to a processing fee.

After the initial first order, the buyer may be eligible for Net Terms. Standard terms are Net30 with 1.5% fee on late payments. A credit application must be completed before credit is granted and/or issued.

Warranty

Standard warranty is based on product grade and agreed upon condition. If a warranty is included, the warranty covers defects in workmanship and pre-mature failure of components. Any use outside the manufacturer’s specifications for the user environment may void the warranty. The warranty does not cover abuse, neglect, gross negligence, water damage, accidental damage (example: ran over by forklift), power surges, incorrect power supplies, attempts to load incorrect operating system.

Grade A and Grade B equipment have a 90-day limited warranty.
Grade C has a 30-Day limited warranty.
Grade D does not include a warranty.
New equipment are subject to the warranty provided by the manufacturer

Shipping & Delivery

The Buyer is responsible for shipping charges. The Buyer is responsible for confirming the delivery address. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure a member of their organization is available to receive the equipment when the shipment requires a signature. If the Buyer requests an early a.m. delivery, the Buyer or a member of the Buyer’s organization must be available to receive the product.

If, the delivery service (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL) is unable to delivery because an organization is closed, or a member of the organization is not available to receive the product, and the equipment was shipped using an expedited service, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to work with the delivery service to arrange for a pickup or request a re-delivery. Inventory Accuracy Enterprises, Inc will be available to assist, but can not guarantee the requested solution.

Returns & Refunds
All returns must have an RMA# referenced. Any returns without a valid RMA# may be denied.

Used & Refurbished equipment may be returned within 30 days. The equipment must be returned with the original packaging. The equipment must be returned in the same condition that it was sold in. All Used & Refurbished returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

New Equipment may be eligible to be returned within 14 days. New equipment must be returned in the same manufacturer’s packaging. New equipment returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Repairs & service contracts are non-returnable and non-refundable

The Buyer is responsible for the payment of return shipping.

Taxes & Tariffs
The buyer is responsible for any applicable Duties, Taxes, or Tariffs.

Buyer Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the equipment upon receiving the equipment. Once product(s) is purchased and received, it is the responsibility of the buyer to maintain the equipment. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the correct chargers, batteries, and/or cables are used with the products purchased. When the equipment is received by the buyer, Inventory Accuracy Enterprises, Inc relinquishes any responsibility of maintaining the equipment.

The material displayed on this Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Unless expressly stated to the contrary to the fullest extent permitted by law www.InvAccuracy.com and its suppliers, content providers and advertisers hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this Website or the Linked Sites and any materials posted thereon, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise.
