We hope you’re happy with your purchase, but if not, our return policy is below.

All returns must have an RMA# referenced. Any returns without a valid RMA# may be denied.

Refurbished equipment may be returned within 30 days. The equipment must be returned with the original packaging. The equipment must be returned in the same condition that it was sold in.  If returning a kit, all user manuals, accessories, cables must be returned with the kit.

All Used & Refurbished returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

New Equipment may be eligible to be returned within 14 days. New equipment must be returned in the same manufacturer’s packaging. New equipment returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Repairs & service contracts are non-returnable and non-refundable

The Buyer is responsible for the payment of return shipping.

Once a product is returned and verified a refund will be issued.  The refund will be issued by the same method that payment was received.  If a refund is issued via credit card, the processing time will vary depending on the type of credit card.
